Medical Weight Loss
We're dedicated to supporting your journey towards achieving your weight loss objectives. Our service includes a complimentary personal consultation during which we'll go over your medical background and weight loss aspirations. Before starting your treatment plan, we'll conduct a thorough evaluation of your overall health and necessary blood tests.
Under our supervision, you'll begin with a modest dose of Semaglutide or Tirzepatide, gradually increasing it every four weeks. We'll schedule follow-up appointments every four weeks to monitor your progress and provide prescription refills.
The initial consultation and evaluation are complimentary, with the cost of laboratory tests covered by you. For a four-week supply of Semaglutide delivered to your doorstep for self-administration.

What is the difference between semaglutide and tirzepatide?
Tirzepatide is both a GLP-1 receptor agonist (like Semaglutide) and a gastric inhibitory polypeptide (GIP). Tirzepatide mimics both the GLP-1 hormone and the GIP hormone. The GIP hormone triggers insulin secretion and communicates the sensation of fullness in your brain.
Because it has an additional active hormone than Semaglutide, patients may lose more weight on Tirzepatide than on Semaglutide.

Annual Physical Exam
Our approach encompasses a comprehensive assessment, delving into patients' allergies, medical, social, and familial histories, along with a meticulous physical examination and blood work analysis. Following your physical exam, ample time is allocated for in-depth discussions with Dr. DiGregorio. Upon receiving blood work results, an additional appointment is scheduled, during which we dedicate focused time to review your results, address health concerns, and collaboratively establish wellness goals for the upcoming year. Your well-being is our priority, and we strive to ensure thorough and personalized care at every step of your journey with us.
